Thought can refer to the ideas or arrangements of ideas that result from thinking, the act of producing thoughts, or the process of producing thoughts.

Although thought is a fundamental human activity familiar to everyone,  Thoughts are the result or product of either spontaneous or willed acts of thinking.

The word “thought” may mean

Thinking helps man to identify and interpret the world they find themselves and as such act accordingly. Any human action is propelled by thoughts, this conclusion stems from the fact that Homo sapiens are thinking beings. Our thoughts shapes our actions, that is, it has a direct bearing on us. Hence we act negatively or positively.

Positive thinking and thoughts are ideas which we build up in our brains which are in line with generally accepted norms and are relatively peaceful. Positive actions are activities which edifies oneself and also adds value to the society. Positive action is a credible duty one owes a society. Negative thinking are ideas we build which are usually toxic to oneself and to the society and are usually in line with personal standards and self destructive. Negative actions are those activities which disrupts personal and societal peace. One with negative actions are usually seen as terrorists.

Positive actions as a product of positive thoughts, has numerous advantages, it is a way one could contribute his own quota to the development and sanity consciousness of any society, it paves way for peaceful co-existence, it edifies oneself by the feeling of satisfaction one gets when he discharges a credible duty, people emulate good norms and socialize and the society becomes Utopian.

Positive thought attracts positive minds. Like minds attract. You attract positive minded people and people on same mission as you. You maintain great and harmonious relationships.

Positive thought helps you maintain a vibrant health. It exposes you to lesser health hazards because you always derive joy from positive thinking and makes you feel good.

Positive thought turns problems to opportunities, you get to become more critical and rational in dealing with problems that confront you.

Positive thought makes you become successful. The brain is always busy devising means and looking for diverse ways to move forward or maintain a good statusquo. It reminds you of needs, objectives and desires to make fruitful plans to accomplish set goals. It further guides throughout the thinking, planning, executing and completion stages.

Positive thoughts motivates you. It makes you realize and want to attain heights you would not have attained with negative thoughts.
