Istanbul Kültür University gives high-quality education to the youth who will shape the future and increase scientific, artistic and cultural activities. It carries out educational activities in a creative and contemporary manner, on the one hand, to support talented and successful students academically throughout their university education on the other. It has increased performance in research and to develop in entrepreneurship and innovation.
In addition to the scholarships/discounts for international students at first registration, extra scholarship and discount opportunities are offered in line with our university’s policy to support successful students. Discount in annual tuition fees are offered to Registered International Students based on their GPA on condition that they do not have a letter grade of F at the end of the semester and on condition that they fulfill one of the requirements below;
- For a GPA between 3.0 and 3.49, 10% discount on the annual tuition fee,
- For a GPA between 3.50 and 3.74, 15% discount on the annual tuition fee,
- For a GPA between 3.75 and 4.00, 25% discount on the annual tuition fee.
Requirements
- Original High School Diploma (interim graduation certificate for newly graduated students whose diplomas have not been prepared by the registration date), an English or Turkish translation obtained from a sworn translation office if the high school diploma is not in English
- An “Equivalence Certificate,” which shows the equivalency of the diploma to those received from Turkish high schools, to be received from the T.R. Ministry of National Education or Turkish Embassies or Consulates in the country of residence.
- A transcript certified by the high school showing the grades and courses the candidate has taken in high school and an English or Turkish translation obtained from a sworn translation office if the official document is not in English
- A photocopy of pages showing the passport credentials and validity (an English or Turkish translation is to be obtained from a sworn translation office if the passport information is not in English),
- A “Student Visa” or a valid residence permit.(Some countries have visa exemption).
- Health Insurance (taken out in Turkey, not required for students with Turkish nationality)
- An internationally recognized original language proficiency result
- Seven passport photo
