The issue of conflict is inevitable in other industries as well as the oil and gas industry. These conflicts are inevitable considering the special nature of the oil and gas industry. Causes of industry disputes can however, vary according to jurisdiction. There is therefore, the need for effective mechanisms for resolving these disputes.
