ADMINISTRATIVE CHALLENGES IN THE IN·IN-OUT PROGRAMME FOR TEACHER TRAINING COLLEGES

ABSTRACT

The study was on administrative challenges the in-in out programme in Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai District of Western Region of Ghana. The main studywasto Wlearththe administrative challenges associated with the implementation of the "out'" segment ofthe in·in·ou lprogrammein selected schools in Biblam Anhwiaso Bekwai DlstnctIn all twenty (20) Basicschools wereinvolved in the study.Onehundredand thirty-eight respondents participated in the study The main researchinstrument employedto collectdata,.asquestionnaire.Simple percentages werecalculatedforsummaryofthedifferent responsesgiven.The majorlindmgs ofthe studywerethat the practice ofone-flng "frec" accomodation to leacherllainees was not sustainable.
