I recommend that there should need to improve planning and budgeting for management of the environment. There is also need to integrate all aspects of environmental management into plans and activities of the different sectors as the status of the environment will affect these sectors. It is important while planning, to recognize the natural resource endowments and how these can be utilized to enhance development while reducing the negative impacts of developments.
