Factors Affecting Performance of Micro and Small Enterprises in Addis Ababa

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to examine the factors affecting the performance of MSE of Addis Ababa, The Case of Arada sub city. It attempts to   measure the current level of Micro and Small Enterprises performance, to investigate the relationship between determinant factors and Micro and Small Enterprises performance and to identify the effect of determinant factors on Micro and Small Enterprises performance in Arada sub city. The study was tested the current level of Micro and Small Enterprises performance, the relationship between determinant factors and Micro and Small Enterprises performance and the effect of determinant factors on Micro and Small Enterprises performance. In this study, a both descriptive and explanatory research method was used. Primary data, through structured questionnaire, was collected from both primary and secondary source.  Data was analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of SPSS version 21. The result was indicating the current level of performance, the relationship with the determinant and effect on MSEs performance.
