Green Mediated Ferrofluid as a Probable biofuel base for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) : A Review and Practical Evaluation and Prospective Application

The agenda of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal and the international Energy Agency tailored towards addressing the global crisis  of climate change mitigation (depletion of the Ozone layer is of great concern due to the adverse effect of carbon emission activities which has proven to be pungent, lethal, non-degradable with zero socio-economic relevance). Hence,  this research study under a feasibility check investigated the possibility of synthesizing green ferrofluid from plant based materials as a prospective Sustainable aviation fuel product by which upon blending with biojet fuel could be likely utilized for aviation fuel for aircraft and aerospace operations. The data obtained were calibrated in exajoules and compared to other published literatures on the inculcation of plant and biomass based materials for producing sustainable aviation fuel.  Candelaria B, 2022 et al, from their research study discussed about the use of plant biomass material for the production of sustainable aviation fuel,  their result analysis stated that 19.8 exajoules of SAF was sustainably required for the aviation industry to attain net zero carbon free emission in the year 2050.They further stated that a minimum of 3 exajoules of SAF  is substantial to cater for the aviation industry need for a whole year with a marginal market demand increasing from 1 - 4 percentage for flight operations. Analyzed data generated from this research study showed that the synthesized ferrofluid from plant source using WK samples has the capability to supply 2.5 - 8 exajoules ,  approximately 3 - 8 megajoules and 1.5 - 7 Megahertz of energy. The ferrofluid synthesized from LGPS showed that the plant material has the capability to supply  2.5 - 7 exajoules of energy. Further investigation on these green materials can substantiatively check their suitability as a raw material for producing SAF.
