The study revealed that ICT has significant effect on student personnel management in Federal Government secondary schools in Nigeria since ICT enhances student teaching and learning process and ICT enhances student quality and accessibility of education. Again, the study investigated that ICT has significant impact on school financial management in Federal Government secondary schools in Nigeria since ICT helps school administrators to keep account of daily monetary transactions in the school and ICT helps school administrators to keep account of services and material resources
