Multiple stream framework generally known as MSF was created by Kingdon. The framework of MSF outlines that the policy process may be implied on politics as well as problems. To be more effective in decision-making and creating solutions, political entrepreneurs play their part. For health policy analysis, MSF also plays a huge role. It is considered to be a powerful tool that is useful in policymaking. It was first created to understand agenda setting but now it is useful in all aspects, especially health policy analysis. Policy entrepreneurs are considered the most powerful aspect of MSF.
