The investigation of this work unveils that there are very poor remunerations, skimpy salaries, sparse transport allowances and scant fringe benefits, provided to Teachers in private secondary schools. Moreover, the study reveals that some fundamentally fundamental and basic human services such as medical services and houses allowances are similarly and poorly given and also missing in these private sectors. Consequently, the workers render very weak services to their stakeholders. The likely total discouragement of services such as teachers working environment, adequate teaching facilities and funding given to teachers, lead to a very meager performance of students in national examinations. The study thereafter, recommends that there should be encouragement to teachers of private secondary school teachers of Dar es Salaam region, the existing motivations such as interest free loans, fund given to teachers due to good performance of students in the national examinations, leave salary payments should be maintained and establish others which never existed like pension scheme, training and development programs, award to best teachers.
