ABSTRACT
Non-governmental organization
(NGO) is a term that has become widely accepted as referring to a legally constituted,
non-governmental organization created by a ground of people or a single person
without participation or representation of any governmental body. However, in
the case where NGOs are being funded not totally by government status and also
excludes government representative from membership in the organization (Alfred,1991).
