One of the major challenges the country, Nigeria, is battling with is insecurity. Insecurity as a result of multiple terrorist attacks, robbery incidents, kidnappings and so on. It is this writer's belief that this appalling narrative in our national consciousness can be re-written. This terrifying incidents (many) can be forestalled with a more robust data/intelligence gathering mechanism.
