Motivation is a human psychological characteristic that contributes to a person's degree of commitment (Stoke, 1999). The Concept of motivation has therefore led different scholars in research about ‘motivation’. Some scholars were able to come out with their theories of what motivation is, types of motivation and factors of motivation. This paper shall attempt to examine
