Clinical outcomes: The results suggest Carbamide peroxide (CP 10 and 20%) to be more effective in color change than Hydrogen peroxide (HP). In addition, (i) CP 10% appears no more effective than CP 5%, (ii) no difference was observed between CP 10% and CP 15% and (iii) the use of CP 10% appears more comfortable to patients than HP 10%. However, its clinical relevance is unfavourable and potential side-effects of at-home bleaching should be considered.
