he conclusion of the study also corresponds to the observation made Workplace
wironmental factors influence performance in health sectors. A good working
avironment attracts individuals into the health professions, encourages them
remain in the health workforce and enables them to perform effectively,
naking best use of their knowledge, skills and competences and the available
esources in order to provide high-quality health services. On other hand, a
ioor working environment discourage people from perusing health professions,
discourages those already working in the health sector and finally leads to poor
services delivery. Therefore, for health sectors to performance to improve, their
working environment must be improved first by providing them with incentives
which will increase their morale, setting proper working procedures which may
~lp health workers to meet their expectations.
