A novel coronavirus (COVID-19) was identified in 2019 in Wuhan, China. This is a new coronavirus that has not been previously identified in humans. Corona virus disease, is an infectious disease that is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus. The COVID-19 outbreak has since spread to about 196 countries and territories in every continent. As the effects of Covid -19 are felt around the world the Real estate is being impacted in many different ways, depending on the region and asset class.
