ABSTRACT
This section gives a summary of consumer's traits and its effects on
consumption of goods and services.
The main objective of carrying out the research study was to investigate
the relationship between the consumers' traits on consumption of goods
and services.
There is a clear indication that the consumers' traits are the driving force
towards consumption of goods and services. The consumption of goods
and services exhibit the consumption behavior of a consumer.
The research report is divided into five chapters;
Chapter one basically outlines the introduction which shows what the
researcher intends to do, how he intends to do it and where. It also
entails the purpose of the study. The Research questions used by the
researcher to carry out his research are also contained in this chapter.
Chapter two outlines the literature review that is made up of general
information got from books and internet. Different authors' views on the
topic are taken into consideration.
Chapter three focuses on methodology, which included the population in
the selected organization, data collection methods used by the author in
gathering information, research instruments and also data analysis
techniques.
Chapter four depicts the data analysis and findings. In this chapter the
researcher outlines the analytical tools and methods. He gives a report
on respondents. He then presents data on employees and customers. He
then interprets the analyzed data.
Finally, chapter five gives the researcher's conclusion and
recommendations about the research.
