ABSTRACT: Students always ask the question, if there is such a strong electrostatic force of attraction between the nucleus and electrons at the lowest orbital as proposed by Bohr, how then does the electron orbit the nucleus without collapsing into it. This paper answers that question base on Neils Bohr's assumptions. The paper derives the speed of electrons on their orbits with respect to their orbital radius. This paper also explains why electrons at the higher orbital revolves the orbit at lower speed than the inner orbitals.
