Entrepreneurship Skills And The Performance Of Women's Small -Scale Enterprises In Jinja District, Uganda

ABSTRACT

The research carried out ,vas based on the entrepreneurship skills and the performance of women's small -scale enterprises: case study of Jinja district, the objectives of the study were to investigate on the effect of entrepreneurship skills and performance of women's small-scale enterprises in Jinja district, to examine the role played by entrepreneurship skills in the business design and organization of women owned enterprises in Jinja district, To find out how entrepreneurship skills have affected financial planning and budgeting m women enterprises m cJinja district and to evaluate the impact of entrepreneurship skills on the principle of social responsibility of women entrepreneurs in cJinja district. The findings of the study were presented in this chapter. The presentation Lakes the order by which the main objectives were stated. Percentage and frequency tables are used in the presentation. The study Recommended that in order to improve on entrepreneurship skills in the District, the following recommendations should be observed and the Management al all levels, that is, Top, Middle and Lower levels al the Municipal Centres should get more involved in the delivery of proper entrepreneurship skills to the community.
