Thus, the use of natural resources more efficiently to generate economic activity that preserves and enhances environmental quality, reducing human impact on the environment is the green economy doctrine. What Karen (2008) referred to as clean energy economy; technologies that allow cleaner production processes, as well as the growing market for products which consumes less energy. It might include products processes and services that reduce environmental impact or improve natural resource use. An economic system that results in improved human well-being and social equity.
