This technical report is based on what I have learned during my six months industrial training at Aminu Kano teaching hospital (AKTH). Chapter one is based on the Introduction of SIWES, objectives of SIWES, History and objectives of AKTH, functions of the available departments/units. Chapter three consists of relevant conclusions, experience gained and references.
