This research was done to enhance role, recognition and

management of Public relations professiOn, as its (book) concerned wiili ilieory

about its back ground historically, d1e aclmowledgement of its role and challenges in

organizations today.

relations has tried to grow in bod1 scope and importance since an increase in d1e

world's population.

The view point of chapter two and four is showing how various literature and welllmown

various ways iliey tried to define it and in four we get to look at the backgrmmd of

Banlc Of Uganda, its operations and organizational structure.
