Sociological Anaylsis of Male Accused with Refrence of City Court Pakistan Karachi

Abstract

Crime is a public wrong. It is an act strongly disapproved by society and effect the sociological economical factor in Pakistan .every criminal has the reason to commit crime and breaking the law. I found the several factors in our society to understand the reason of committing crime in males such as unemployment, family issues , mental illness ,poverty economical crises, to motivate the individual towards crime. In my research I have study many cases related to criminals in trail court who are guilty for different nature of crime due to lake of facility and education specially hunger. Male are much involved in snatching and lootings to full fill their needs. Government needs to amendment   in laws. to facilate needy individual as citizen of Pakistan . and prevent the sociological cause of crime and punish the   criminals and Need to give them opportunities and educational activities. Behavioral, sociological, economic and environmental Factors are also play a huge role in commission of criminal act. To extensive literature review was conduct.the qualitative research design was followed  a case study filled by conducting interview with inmates at the city court. The findings confirm that the sociological factors contributes themostmajor factor of crime among male.
