Soft skill (Inter personal and Intra personal skill) intelligence can lead to enhanced performance of an employee in an organization, whereas organizations behavior practices consequently can influence the competencies in the organization’s employees. However, employee good performance or rather employee’s quota in this regard, can be supposed as efficiency in executing assigned duties on the appropriate time, team effort, and attaining departmental goals and objectives. It covers an employee’s degree of competency in meeting task deadlines.
However, for an organization to effectively manage these competencies possess by the employee, in order to foster performance as appropriated to gaining access to sets of ideas and solutions to task solving, a number of developments, which is considered employers quota, needed to be made on the organizational structure and culture.
