STAFF TRAINING AS A TOOL TO INCREASING OUTPUT OF WORKERS PERFORMANCE (A CASE STUDY OF EAGLE COMPANY PORT HARCOURT)

ABSTRACT

The main stream of this project is staff training in the public limited companies with a case study of Eagle Cement Plc Port Harcourt.  This project deals with the act of improvement of human resources through training and development of staff needs for a higher level of efficiency in production.
Ability to distribute evenly the available skived staff between various geographical location here rescued to limited lason mobility which have not allowed qualified personnel from gifting the workers who not have adequate employment even when one is aware of some better but difficult to attain and to the nation who have the economic growth received. 
Due to the present equivalent planning and general business expectation are so difficult to be guilty of staff appeared to be the most critical factor in organizational performance and hence for the research project is mainly to find out leather staff training has any significant effect on the services and performance of the management of Eagle Cement Company Plc Port Harcourt.
In order to test these the hypothesis formulated so as to draw a relevant conclusion.  From the analysis the study proved that workers ability to perform and complete with others in the some of the business relied mostly on their level of competence, which is a product of training.  There is no doubt that the Eagle Cement have been industries much of their resources in human resource development for the production and economic growth.  These recommendation are based on the research finding.
The management should organize adequate training from time to time.  The management should try to encourage the employee by means of providing them with inducement and other welfare packages.
Management should identify workers and improve it through training and development procedure.  Management should based their appointment on skill and meant.
