ABSTRACT
The essence of this study was to determine the demand for secretarial services, its prospect and primes, various literature by different authors were used to gather materials for the research work. The researchers were able to conclude from the responses that organization as a whole depends on the various roles played by the secretaries in demand for female secretary’s’ service. Also proven that the secretaries are efficient, competent and effective in performing their duties. The research also proved that inefficient and incompetent female secretary can run down any existing business organization, it was also found that female secretary should have modern technology in order to meet the needs of the organization, it is therefore opined that in order to enhance effective and efficient female secretary’s services, organizations, corporate bodies and private individual wishing to employ a female secretary who has acquaint himself with secretarial mastery of office, communication skills and general management administration. The researchers found that, female secretary serve as image builder, public relation officer of the organization.

INTRODUCTION
The success of any business organization depends largely on the female secretary efficiency. If it is a well known facts that records that are properly kept and manage help in the success of any organization. Therefore the role of a female secretary in the management of record cannot be over emphasized, this is because proper record management forms the basis of secretarial profession.
Organization is made-up of human and material resources. These resources are brought together in order to accomplish a set goal. The activities of an organization revolved around the female secretary, infact, no organization can do without the service/assistance of a female secretary.
The role of the female secretary in today’s office has changed greatly with the introduction of modern office technology such as computer, electronic typewriter, photographing-Marching etc There is a need for well trained female secretary to handle this high technology. Today, the position of the female secretary is more pronounced, she is an intelligent personality whose present is a must for all organization.
