This paper presents a systematic approach to develop a wear model of Al-Cu-Mg/Palmkernel shell ash particulate composites (PKSAp) produced by double stir -castingmethod. Four factors, five levels, central composite, rotatable design matrix was usedto optimize the number of experiments.
