Abstract:
Productivity is a very important aspect in any organization. Productivity means output obtained with respect to how much input is provided. To increase the productivity of any organization it is necessary to study and analyze the rejection data of that organization. This research focuses on the need of following a proper methodology in solving any particular problem. The defects were prioritized using QC tools, Pareto analysis. This research emphasizes on the importance of focusing on critical parameters contributing to major rejection and controlling that in order to improve productivity.
