ABSTRACT The study was about conflict and Employee performance in an organization case study of Sameer Agriculture and Livestock fresh Diary Uganda (1967) Limited. The purposes of this study was to establish relationship between conflicts and employee performance, to find out what forms of conflicts existing at in Sameer Agriculture And Livestock fresh Diary Uganda (1967) Limited. The Objectives of this Study were to find out what forms of conflicts existing in Sameer Agriculture And Livestock fresh Diary Uganda (1967) Limited, To Find Out causes of conflict in Sameer Agriculture And Livestock fresh Diary Uganda (1967) Limited, to Establish the effects of conflicts on employee performance in Sameer Agriculture and Livestock fresh Diary Uganda (1967) Limited and to establish possible solutions to problems of conflict in sameer agriculture and livestock fresh dairy uganda (1967) limited. The Research Methodology was based on a cross sectional survey design using both qualitative and Quantitative approaches. The Population of the study was 600 employees from different Administrative Bodies in Sameer Agriculture and Livestock fresh Diary Uganda (1967) Limited. Data collection Instruments were basically questionnaire and interview. Where the target population was 96 employees. According the Findings The most common forms of Conflict in Sameer Agriculture and Livestock fresh Diary Uganda ( 1967) Limited are inter-personal and Intra-group Conflicts, while the Main Causes of Conflicts are lock of resources and communication problems. Most of respondents suggested introducing policies and procedure as a strategy to resolve conflicts in Sameer Agriculture and Livestock fresh Diary Uganda ( 1967) Limited. The recommendations of this study are to introduce effective policies and strategies of solving conflicts and state Intervention in the different organizations in the country, managers should develop diverse the appropriate strategies to solve and manage conflicts, efforts should made by managers to occasionally stimulate conflicts by encouraging divergent view and rewarding staff, a proper communication procedure should be put in place to resolve conflicts, efforts should be made by management to organize seminars on organizational conflicts management conflicts and group intervention and activities should be followed up so as to ensure a degree of functionality compatible conflicts.
