Effective Business Management as a tool for sustainable Organizational Profitability

ABSTRACT

Far too many companies fail to achieve their growth targets in revenue and profitability. However, the probability of
achieving profitable growth is heightened whenever an organization has a clear growth strategy and strong execution infrastructure. The purpose for this research is to probe into and evaluate the strategies for guaranteeing sustained profitability using Nestle Nigeria Plc as a case study. The researcher used descriptive survey method, qualitative research method, quantitative research method, and a mixture of both qualitative and quantitative research. In analyzing the data collected using the questionnaire; the researcher used the simple percentages method of data analysis. The data
analysis was represented in tabular form for easy understanding and it consist the number of respondents and the corresponding percentage and chi – square was used as the statistical tools used for testing more than two population using data based on two independent random samples. Findings for this study indicate that financial advisors should be called upon often to assist management in reducing costs and finding alternatives to their unique situations.
