SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF COPPER NICKEL SELENIDE (CuNiSe) THIN FILM BY CHEMICAL BATH DEPOSITION METHOD.

Abstract:Thin films of Copper Nickel Selenide (CuNiSe) were synthesized on glass slides at room temperature using chemical bath deposition (CBD) method. The films were deposited from aqueous solution containing copper ion, nickel ion and potassium selenate (K2SeO4) at varying molar concentration of nickel ion with constant time and pH of the reaction bath. The optical absorption data reveals that films of CuNiSe absorbs strongly at the ultraviolet range of 300 nm and has above 60%...

Design and Construction of Permanent Magnet Generator

ABSTRACT  A drastic change in the perception of electric energy . But at the same time there is misreading of FREE ENERGY. Energy becomes free only at a point after which we don’t have to pay for power generation after hiring the unit. By using the magnetic force of magnets continuous motion (Energy) is made. This magnet also produces a magnetic field, so both the magnetic fields repel each other (like poles repel), which reasons the fins to move. The free Energy Generator was mounte...

COMPARISON OF THREE STATISTICAL METHODS FOR ESTIMATING WEIBULL PARAMETERS FOR WIND ENERGY ANALYSIS

There is a crucial need in the mainland regions of Nigeria to enhance the development of wind technology and engineering, which is essential for the designing of Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS). The Weibull Probability Density Function (PDF) with two parameters is widely accepted and commonly utilized for modelling, characterizing and predicting wind resource and wind power, as well as assessing optimum performance of WECS. Therefore, it is paramount to precisely estimate the scal...

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO-DIGIT DIGITAL COUNTER

ABSTRACTIn this work, we designed and constructed a digital counter circuit. The initial design criteria for the project were: to have a two digit output, to have the circuit count from 0-99, to include either a 555 timer or manual counter. Research was conducted into similar analogue electronic circuits and a suitable point of a digital die was identified. The digital counter circuit was designed using BCD 4506 binary counters and 7-segment display outputs. The circuit was modeled using prot...
