This study titled Impact of Employees motivation on organizational Performance with a particular references to Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) was aimed at examining the extent of relationship between non-financial reward and increase in EEDC loan recovery, examining how job security of the employees will lead to improvement of their customer’s satisfaction and to determine how increment in salary and wages will make the organization to attain higher profitability. The researcher adopted descriptive research design, data were collected and analyzed using chi-square and through the use of structured questionnaire. Based on the analysis the study revealed that there is a significant impact of employee motivation in the organization, EEDC has impacted its employee through motivation that will enhance its productivity in the organization, the study also raveled that the financial reward to  EEDC staff enhances their performance and the study revealed that customers are satisfied with the quality of product and services rented by EEDC staffs because of their reward strategies. Based on the findings it was recommended that management techniques such as praises, recognition for achievement and challenging work enhance employee performance in the organization, if the organization can improve in their techniques it will help to improve employee motivation in the organization, to attain higher quality of product and services for customer’s satisfaction. Workers must be motivated through conductive environment as well as reasonable take home pay and Finally, organization should know that management style has effect on the employee performance.
