These are directly related to the organization such as the size of the organization, structure of the organization, employee-employer relationship, management ability, leadership, delegation and all such things are the factors affecting job satisfaction. Organizational factors include work, salary, promotion, supervision, work group and work situation. Job satisfaction describes how satisfied a person is with his job. The happier people are within their jobs, the more satisfied they are called. Job satisfaction is not the same thing as motivation, although it is clearly linked. Job design aims to increase job satisfaction and performance in ways that include job rotation, job enlargement and job enrichment. Job satisfaction is defined as a pleasant emotional state that results from an evaluation of one's job; a response to one's job; And one attitude towards one's work. The level of job satisfaction and effectiveness of every human being depends on an appropriate organization structure; As organization structure is the prescribed pattern of work-related behaviour which is intentionally established to fulfill organizational goals. In the corporate world during the last decade, there has been much discussion about organizational structure, and much of the organizational success and job satisfaction by the employee is linked to the structure that is in place. Yet opinions still differ greatly regarding the most appropriate organizational structure that will increase job satisfaction. Hence this study examined the effects of organizational structure on job satisfaction in the Ajmer financial sector, with empirical insights from selected leading banks in the city of Ajmer. The survey research model has been used in the study.
