Work-related Stress Among Lecturers in Adamu Augie College of Education Argungu: Implications for Basic Education Teachers' Preparation in Kebbi

Basic education sub-sector relies basically on the colleges of education for it manpower,this assertion was made by Junaidu (2015) in  his attempt to show  the linkage betweenNCCE, UBEC and COE’s, he maintained that for manpower to be adequately available atbasic education level there should strong partnership between the stakeholders involved inthe management, production and training as well as end users of teachers at basic education.This connotes the significant relation between colleges of education lecturer’s emotionaland psychological wellbeing as well as any success or failure of the college’s lecturers maydirectly or indirectly affect the quality of basic education manpower in the nations
