trainings offered.

For employees to react positively to any training offered, the staff of Kenya Revenue

Authority should be informed about the effects of absence of training, which could

include absenteeism from work, inability to meet deadlines and could affect the

organization thus a need to offer training.

Employers should focus on maximizing benefits form staff training as well as conduct

training needs assessment so as to match training with employees whose skills need to be boosted with better performance.
