Every profession is guided by codes of conduct, public relations is not an exemption. In this article, the definition of public relations ethics and codes of conduct as enacted by The Nigerian Institute Of Public Relationsare paraphrased. The benefits of ethical code of conduct to the school public relations practice and strategies are also discussed. The second segment of the article, discusses the school public relations policy statements and legal implications with samples.
