The composite soymilk yogurt flavoured with pineapple as sweetener was produced from composite blend of dano milk and soymilk. It was pasteurized at 850c for 5 minutes. The inhibiting effect of aqueous extracts of MucunaPruriends (MP) on mild steel corrosion in 1 M HCl and 0.5 M H2SO4solution was investigated using weight loss and electrochemical techniques.
