Abstract
Healthy people are happy people. One of the factors that debunks John Mathus' Population Theory is improved health care as we have it today. However, good health comes at its cost which is financing. The relationship between health and finance is a positive one. Among other determinants of health, finance holds a strong influence and This paper aims at testing the hypothesis, that the strong financial base of an economic entity (a household, country or large firm) is highly likely to have a positive impact (directly or indirectly) on the health conditios of its constituent members. The hypothesis is tested using t-test by comparing the means of life expectancies of populations in developed countries against those in developing countries.
