ABSTRACT





The topic of this research is The Role Of Alternative Dispute Resolution In Organizational Management
(A Study Of Gulvanizing Industries Ikeja). The purpose of this study was
finding out how the employer- employee relationship influence for disputes, identifying
the reasons for disputes and drawbacks of disputes, studying how organizations
currently practice ADR methods included in the Industrial Disputes. The design
of this study is descriptive survey method and the study was conducted at Gulvanizing Industries Ikeja, which is
the case study of this research work. The instrument of data collection was
analyzed using the chi-square method. The researcher recommended the following
as her data findings that Organization should ensure that institutes are funded
adequately and also that, management should ensure effective communication
channel in order for resources to be put in their best use in other to avoid
breakdown of communication which can lead to conflict, The organization’s
management and other organization should employ the use of ADR in managing
conflicts because of it enormous advantages over other methods and also Since
organizational performance is a function of conflict management, its mechanism
in organization should be straighten more in order to further the improvement
