This study titled “CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: AN ENTREPRENUERAL AND STAKEHOLDERS PERSPECTIVE” attempts to determine how organizations fulfil their obligation to the necessary stake holders and how this fulfilment of obligation can serve as a strategy for carrying out effective business activities peacefully.

Pressure that companies take their social responsibility seriously has increased from all stakeholders. Customers are starting to make decisions based upon more than the product; they consider factors such as working conditions, human rights, environmental and social concerns when purchasing a product or service. (Nilsson and Rahmani, 2017; Jenkins, 2005).

A balance has to be struck between the actions of Corporations which is geared towards profit maximization and the community wants. In the light of the above, this study attempts to determine who organizations should be responsible to, how CSR can be applied by Organizations and why companies engage in CSR, using Toyota as a case study.
