INTRODUCTION
This is the revised knowledge management policy of Nestle Nigeria Plc, 22/24, Industrial Avenue
Illupeju, Lagos managed by Nestle Nigeria Trust Limited of the same address and National Pension Commission respectively (the Administering Authorities). The administration of these Pension Funds is carried out by Nestle Nigeria Trust Limited.
It sets out the joint policy agreed by the respective Pension Fund Boards concerning the training and development of -
•members of the Pension Fund Boards and Investment Sub-Committees and
•officers of Nestle Nigeria Trust Limited responsible for the management of the Fund.
The Knowledge Management Policy is established to aid members of the Pension Fund Board in performing and developing personally in their individual role in accordance with the Terms of Reference of the Pension Fund Board, that states that members may not take part in meetings of the Pension Fund Board or Investment Sub-Committee unless they have complied with the training requirements set out by the Chairman of the National Pension Commission Board.
