EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Currently, organisations have benefited enormously the positive influence of new information systems   (IS).   Focus   of   this   analysis   is   on   a   broad   variety   of   information   systems   that   a contemporary   organisation  such   as   Korean  Airline  uses   (BPM,  MIS,  ERP,  and   CRM).   The purpose is to identify different information systems, also offer an in-depth analysis of systems to ascertain the means, scrutinise the ends, and exploring the possible techniques of achieving thiswithin a business. How implementations  of   these   information systems (IS) were successful,others unsuccessful as a result of for example, lack of understanding in implementing a specific systems, or resistance by users. The   investigation   is   focused   on   Korean   Airline,   recognise   the   functional   IS   used  and   how successful it has helped the organisation in terms of managerial decision making. Furthermore, analyse how it has helped management-customer relationship, as the core objective of any airline is focus customer satisfaction through better decision making and strategic planning.
