ABSTRACT
The project is aimed at determining theinfluence of media ownership on NTA and AIT Lagos. It is centred on the influence of media ownership of the programming on both television stations. Survey and random sampling were used to source for data. Questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. Chi-square was used as a statistical procure. Based on the findings drawn, the researcher recommends that NTA and AIT in Lagos, should as a matter of urgency improve their programming, as it has been revealed that audience of Lagos state use what they hear from television to a great extent.
