ABSTRACT
Ultrasonographic measurement of abdominal organ dimensions in children of all ages is utilized in the monitoring of abdominal organ growth pattern, diagnosis and follow-up of patients with a variety of diseases. Base line reference values are necessary to determine abdominal organ growth and the degree of deviation from the normal in pathological states.
