ABSTRACT                                                                                                                                                                            

This study investigated the extent of re-structuring education of Basic, Secondary and Higher institutions by NYSC-CPERT (Corps Peer Education Reform Trainers) Voluntary organization in four research folds. 

1. Institutional integration of voluntary Celibacy study and Peer Education training coursework as correlates of academic performance and educational achievement of fresh undergraduate students in Nigeria Universities in order to sensitize, create awareness campaign against certain sexual violence and vices, unwanted Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI/STDs) such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, and other blood related diseases with collaboration with NGOs such as ARFH, NACA, UNAIDS, UNAIDS, WHO, UNICEF, NYSC,  NAPTIP, and community Primary Healthcare Centres, geared  toward increasing the frontiers for Human Rights ,AIDS and Abuse Responses in homes, school premises or campuses. 2. Health and Environmental Sanitations Act Laws to discipline Students poor moral hygiene behaviours.3. Undesirable behaviours that may negatively affect relationship among adolescent and young adult scholars in respect to their national reproductive sexual feelings.4. Fundamental issues of work code of conduct and ethics in line with best global educational management practices as far as CCTV Cameras and Orientation Broadcasting Service is concerned.
