ABSTRACT

The study examined the “role of mass media in reducing HIV/AJDS among infants in Uganda”.

The study was carried out at UBC the national broadcaster. The study achieved the following

objectives; to examine the role of mass media in combating HIV/AIDS, causes of HIV/AIDS,

Effects of HIV/AIDS and measures to combat HIV/AIDS in Uganda. The researcher adopted the case study research design and correlation study design which explored role of mass media in combating HIV/AIDS in Uganda. Data was collected from a sample of 30 respondents in using self administered questionnaires
