The study investigated the influence of physics teachers and other necessary resources on students’ achievement and enrollment in senior secondary school Physics. The research design adopted for the study was meta-analysis. This involved collecting, aggregating and combining the results of comparable studies into a coherent account to establish the relationship between variables in the study. Four research questions were answered and findings revealed that there is inadequate number of qualified teachers in senior secondary school, poor availability of instructional materials, lack of functional physics laboratory. Furthermore, the study revealed that teaching force and necessary resources affects students’ achievement and enrollment in senior secondary school physics. Based on the findings, the study concluded that there is need to employ professional physics teachers, provide necessary instructional materials and functional physics laboratory, and training and retraining of physics teacher. The study laid emphasis on organizing workshops and seminars for senior secondary school physics teachers.
