The Relationship Between Religiosity and Organizational Culture Towards Employees Turnover

This study focuses on issues related to religiosity and organizational culture that often are associated with the intention to turnover for workers in an organization. Sensitivity of religion is an issue that is familiar in Malaysia, as well as about the culture and practices that carryed out in the daily operation in every workplace. For the purposes of this study, the researcher targeted to find the relationship between the religiosity and the intention to stop working, and the relationship between organizational culture with the intention to stop working. The purpose of this study is to know the definite relationship between religion and culture of the organization with the turnover intention at the wholesales store and hypermarket which are Mydin, Giant, AEON, Tesco, NSK, Econsave and Carrefour that located in the Klang town. 370 questionnaire have been distributed to the respondents who is the employed and staff of all the position and department in wholesales store and hypermarket which are Mydin, Giant, AEON, Tesco, NSK, Econsave and Carrefour that is located in the city of Klang, and only 304 were valid and can be analyzed. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between religious and cultural organizations which related to the turnover intention workers in the organization for this study . This study was undertaken to assess the extent to which hypotheses are fostered, and anxious related studies and papers relating to the headline for this investigation.
