After meeting with prospective clients one may usually need to follow up with such prospects. Sending a follow up email within a couple days of meeting with a prospective client is advisable.
In the follow up email template you open with showing your appreciation of the time spent during the meeting. Outline key things discussed during the meeting and indicate your willingness to schedule follow up conversations at a time favourable to them. Close the email by thanking them for their time.
