Internet Banking System And The Performance Of Organizations In Southern Sudan: A Case Of Ivory Bank

The study investigated the effects of Internet Banking system on the performance of the organization. The objectives that guided the study included; establishing the adoption and use of internet for banking transactions by customers of Ivory

Bank, establishing the Factors influencing the acceptance of Internet banking by customers of Ivory Bank, and establish the relationship of internet banking on the performance of Ivory Bank.

The study was both descriptive and analytical in nature where it was based on primary and secondary data to establish the effects of Internet Banking system on the performance of the organization. Qualitative data designs included; interviews, and observations. Quantitative data was gathered through the use of questionnaires. Documentary analysis was based upon secondary gathered. A total of 50 respondents were used to for this study who included employees, Customers, and managers of Ivory Bank. The results from respondents data reveal that the bank's site should provide proper functioning to customers and should be up and running all the time. In
addition, it is also significant for customer that the bank's site never freezes after putting in all information; otherwise it could create irritation and confusion.
